Our Nebraska volleyball position previews roll on with a look at the littles, featuring two veterans with starting libero experience and a Lincoln native ready to make an impact.

Kalkbrenner isn’t the kind of quick-twitch, bouncy athlete who could rebound outside his area at a high rate, but he still consistently did his part on the defensive glass for Creighton. I know @playforhim3 had to LOVE playing with Kalk.
In @SynergySST Player Tracking news…a fun new update is coming to the new rebounding tab. We are adding a “short box out” category in the next week or two. “Short” constitutes less sustained contact between box out guy and offensive player. As an example, here is @RyanKalkbrenner during the 2024-25 season for @BluejayMBB. A true box out artist!
(We have LOVED the feedback from all the teams already upgraded this year!)
Our Nebraska volleyball preview series rolls on with a look at the middle blocker group, which Dani Busboom Kelly called the best in the country.

I suspect it means *something* that the #Broncos' skill group so far with Stidham has featured undrafted rookie Dane Key.
Rest of the skill group has been regulars like Troy Franklin, LJ Humphrey, Trautman, Engram, McLaughlin.
#Packers rookie Brandon Cisse limped off following kickoff return, and he's not joining defense on the field. Benjamin St-Juste takes his place. After trying to shake it off, Cisse just went into the blue medical tent on sideline.
@Richard81215537@GeraldBourguet@RaymondInPDX "His scoring alone is something we didn't have last year." Brooks literally scored more on relatively close efficiency last year. Yes, MB has been a better career scorer.
32 is a lot more than 10 for Green and his presence on the roster is part of what makes the Bridges fit off.
@Richard81215537@RaymondInPDX@GeraldBourguet Depending on what becomes available, possibly. Or at least a quality player whose strengths and weaknesses line up better with the core in place.
I don’t know if there’s any single thing I’d be more excited about with this Packers team than MarShawn Lloyd staying healthy for the full season. Please give this to us, football gods. Give the poor guy a chance.
