@lambeth981 I'm putting this in my pocket, as I may face this exact situation in the next few years, barring an act of God. I would never be able to summon this wisdom in the moment. Thank you for helping me prepare...
@revannek Couldn't help but notice people in the comments of her post trying indignantly to correct her grammar when it wasn't wrong. They thought that proved the post was fake. Heh.
@Fairy_Poppins@KensingtonRoyal "William and me" is correct. Take out "William" and just leave the personal pronoun. Would you say "I" or "me?" It's me.
@CromptonHelen@KensingtonRoyal "William and me" is grammatically correct in this situation. You know by taking out "William" and just leaving the personal pronoun. "Me" is the proper pronoun in this case.
@DHRoseberry @djhenshall Don't go without me! Shetland is a huge bucket list item!
(But you know Jimmy Perez is out of the show now, right? It's a tough adjustment, but it's still SHETLAND!)
@lambeth981 This is hilarious. I love folks who start off saying they are not experts and can't really critique others' lived experience, and then spends 20 minutes critiquing your lived experience. And missing the irony about not having kids in jail! When you have to explain it... ;-/
