A long-time viewer who rarely comes to my stream recently was watching my community game day stream a few days ago.

He was asking how I was, you know, the usual exchange of pleasantries. Then he asked me "What are you doing for your Mom on Mother's Day?"

I know he meant well but I was honestly taken aback. My mother had just passed away not too long ago and I am still grieving her passing. I tried to respond in a lighthearted tone but it still came out as "Aaaaaaaahhhhhh, I'll be lighting a candle for my Mom! What about you? Anything you did for your Mom?" Then they happily shared their day with their mother.

I am glad for them they still have the opportunity to tell their mothers they love them and share precious memories together. If viewers can live vicariously through streamers, thank you for letting me live vicariously through my cult members.

Happy mother's day to all mothers, living or dead, to mother figures, and to fathers who had to step up and assume the mother role as well.

And to everyone who greeted me Happy Mother's Day as the Cult Mother, thank YOU from the bottom of my heart!
