WNL are more concerned about helping WSL teams (top 4 PGA teams) than supporting teams in their own league.
We’ve been given 12 footballs for the season and the cost to buy extra is £55 per ball (£1100 just on football’s!)

All that cost, and they��ve still not arrived three weeks before the season starts, despite the fact every club has been training for up to four weeks already.

For comparison, the Men’s teams in the National league got 40 balls, all delivered before the first day of pre-season. If we want the women’s game to grow, we have to start getting the small things right, the basics.

Those costs could be spent in so many more beneficial areas. For example; Apps to support players with their menstrual cycles, hudl (something which a league requirement but comes at the cost of clubs), Veo equipment, recovery assistance, medical equipment. All this would help and support players, but there is absolutely nothing done to support clubs or players by the governing bodies.
