BREAKING: Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis drops an atom bomb on MAGA by calling the bluff of Donald Trump’s co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro and proposing a shockingly soon trial date.

This is just too good…

Chesebro has whined that he deserves a speedy trial. Willis just called his bluff by proposing a trial for him, Trump, and the 17 other co-defendants starting on October 23, 2023 — which is just eight weeks away. She is NOT messing around.

An October date would be a drastic shift from the March 2024 date that she originally proposed, proving that she is well-prepared and ready for war already.

“Without waiting on any objection as to the sufficiency of Defendant’s Kenneth John Chesebro’s filing, the State request that this Court specially set the trial in this case to commence on October 23, 2023, which falls within the term of the next succeeding regular court term after the July-August 2023 term,” Willis wrote in her filing.

This would certainly assure the “speedy” trial that Chesebro claims to be so worried about. It would also be a massive disaster for Trump because it would unfold long before the 2024 election.

BREAKING: Legal experts sound the alarm as Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan launches a sinister plot to obstruct Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against 2024 Donald Trump for trying to steal Biden’s win.

Today, Jim Jordan sent a letter to Willis demanding that she hand him ALL of the documents and communications that she has shared with Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Jordan's letter to Willis shamelessly argues that he can obstruct her case because Willis and her team have interviewed some of the same witnesses as Special Counsel Jack Smith — and Jordan said that Congress may want to consider changes to the "removal statute," which protects federal officials from being prosecuted for state crimes.

This is a red-alert, folks.

Jim Jordan is clearly trying to get her entire case thrown out in order to protect Trump. He has a long history of violating the constitution and all congressional norms in order to derail investigations and prosecutions of Trump — but this one is by far the most egregious because District Attorney Willis is a state prosecutor investigating crimes that Trump committed in Georgia — so Jordan has ZERO business poking his neck into her case.
