@greateranglia so I have just sat outside Wickford for over 20 mins get put in on platform 3.....and not 1 person has the foresight to hold the southminster train I have just watched its tail lamps leave off platform 1

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Thank you 😊

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia hi can I just confirm there is road transport available from Wickford to south Woodham Ferrers for the cancelled 2300 depature

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

Please double check your receipts at @AldiUK, they have charged me £77.53 for decaf coffee when it is only £5.49.

I was completely taken back when my total came to over £200 for a weekly shop, when it is normally around £120.

Be vigilant!!

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Hi what times are the buses south Woodham to wickford

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia And please no fibs this time but my husband was informed yesterday about the lack of bus situation so...

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia ive just checked national rail and it's showing no trains running Wickford to southminster why is there no road transport available???

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Would that be at my expense yet again even though I have a season ticket? And just a thought...could you not reinstate some trains as all engineering works are cancelled and use the busses where they are needed?

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Ah so we caught you out and there was no official advice👍 yesterday we had to travel so we suffered the cost of a taxi to https://t.co/y9Feex2Ult I have to incur that cost again today to get home? Many thanks

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Hi can you please get back to me as I am very concerned about the safety issues. Are they only between Wickford and southminster??? Only asking as Im about to board 1 of your bus replacements at Newbury Park and am a biit scared I might be in danger ⚠️

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia Sorry what safety reasons???

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia hi will the bus to southminster wait for the 1535 off Liverpool st....being held at billericay at the moment thanks

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia So why was it closed today.....

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia hi I've just arrived at south Woodham Ferrers to get my season ticket and the ticket office is closed I thought the hours were 0600- 1100??? Or has it changed again?

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia morning I’m trying to plan my journey to work on Tuesday and I’m not getting any results do you know when the timetable for next week will be out Southend to London route👍

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia That’s brilliant thank you 😊

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia hi are your ticket offices open wickford/SOF ...I need to renew my priv season ticket thank you

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@asda ordered an item from Asda direct, received the item it is faulty, took to my local store where I was refused an exchange for a working item which was on the shelf there, so I had to buy it so now I’ve had to pay for 2 items when I only have 1, customer service at its best..

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia I’m not actually at the station...I went on national rail enquires and it didn’t give me a route...so was just trying to find out how to get there?

[jacqui @Jacquicutter]

@greateranglia hi was trying to get from south Woodham Ferrers to battlesbridge today, it looks like the bus replacement doesn’t stop there...how do we get there thank you.
