CHAT CONTROL 2.0 BLOCKED AGAIN, THANKS TO YOU!

What happened yesterday: the @Europarl_EN blocked the deal pushed by the @EUCouncil.

The Council wanted:

(1) "voluntary" scanning of all private chats under "search plans" approved automatically unless an authority vetoes;

(2) administrative authorities, not courts, ordering providers to scan private messages, not limited to suspects, using AI with massive false positive rates;

(3) making the failed Chat Control 1.0 mass scanning regime permanent, while admitting it is not effective, as we discussed in my previous posts.

Your voice to parliamentarians made a huge difference again: the Parliament refused scanning of private communications, stating it must remain limited to persons linked to child sexual abuse, not everyone by default or under a blanket licence, as Council proposed.

The Parliament also closed the back door where "risk mitigation" rules could force providers into scanning under threat of fines.

What did pass: a preliminary agreement on scanning publicly accessible content for known child abuse material. This was proposed by the Parliament as the effective, targeted alternative.

We still wait for the text to see what this means and will inform you in the coming weeks.

This defense proves again: our voice matters when it is vocal, with your support!

Das, was er im Prinzip sagt, ist dass alles geplant und inszeniert war - von wem auch immer, aber nicht von den Russen. Und er beschreibt auch deutlich, was wirklich passiert ist. Ich kann es mir auch denken, wer dahinter steckt.
Mit solchen verdammten Lügen werden sie uns irgendwann in einen Krieg gegen Russland ziehen. Mir fällt kein Grund ein, warum dieser Mann lügen sollte.

🚨🇩🇪 51.2% vs 24.3% — WHAT HAPPENED TO AfD'S VOTE IN THE POST?

There is an extraordinary set of numbers buried inside the Saxony-Anhalt election result.

AfD received:

51.2% of the vote cast in polling stations.

But among postal voters:

24.3%.

That's a staggering 26.9 percentage-point difference.

The overall result left AfD on 43.8% and 39 seats — just three short of the 42 required for an outright majority. The official state results confirm the overall 43.8% result and 39-seat outcome.

And according to analysis of the preliminary result, without the postal vote AfD would mathematically have secured an outright parliamentary majority.

Now, let's be precise.

This disparity is NOT, by itself, evidence of electoral fraud.

There are potential explanations. Postal voters can have a different demographic profile, and AfD has historically encouraged its supporters to vote in person.

But a gap this enormous deserves scrutiny — not dismissal.

Why did AfD win an outright majority of the polling-station vote, yet receive less than half that share among postal voters?

What does the geographical breakdown show?

Is the difference consistent across Saxony-Anhalt — or concentrated in particular areas?

And what does it tell us about an election in which postal ballots accounted for 363,751 voters?

I'm going through the official election data.

Ask questions. Examine the evidence. Follow where it leads.

This is not a claim that AfD was “robbed.”

It is a question raised by an extraordinary set of official numbers.

51.2% vs 24.3%.

That deserves an explanation.
