@NatWest_Help atm swallowed my cash 24 hours ago. Been told to call back. Have tried 4 times today. Each time been on hold for over 25 minutes. The cash has been withdrawn from my account but not revived at the atm

@virginmedia 4-7pm 1st oct. An earlier date was offered for which I would have to take leave unpaid. I’m not taking that risk as I have had a no show before

@virginmedia That’s ridiculous. Because of a router you supply that doesn’t work and service I pay for isn’t provided due to that… that means that’s not applicable for compensation. Can not wait to leave!
@virginmedia Also applied for the compensation and it has been denied. Even though it’s logged on ur system I had no service due to the box not working and it is still denied. Can this be explained
@virginmedia There was 10 days in a row. Needed a new box and had a no show from Ur engineer twice. Then here n there. Last 24 hours was loss off all three services. Then Tv came back but no internet and phone then they came back very very late
@virginmedia can you answer this? I had 10 days 0 service and ur customer service have decided I still have to pay for a service I didn’t receive. This has happened NUMEROUS times! again don’t have WiFi this eve. trapped in a contract till jan. Great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 what a joke!!!!!!
