@SunwingVacay approved for compensation for the flight delay over the Mexico fiasco a month ago. Now, I’m I am an no longer Eligible due weather n claims site was changed .I have not heard anything re : other expenses - taxi when prepaid transport didn’t arrive and slept outside

Excuses by @SunwingVacay today. doesn’t answer why I was left to sleep outside a resort, no communication from agents n Canada, lack of local reps to help us on getting home, how the system already had me at home @OmarAlghabra @Yasir_Naqvi @IanCNews

@CTVToronto I didn’t even get emails or any answers when calling Canada. Had to rely on their contractors ( reps) in mex who didn’t really help and resorted to a white board to communicate that we had no flight home each day @OmarAlghabra

@climbrandon I want a complete refund of my trip and the extra I spent being stuck and paying my own transport/ extra expenses. They left me to sleep outside a hotel as I had no one to speak to. @SunwingVacay @omarsachedina

@CTVToronto Makes sense to me as the reps in Mexico told be they couldn’t get in to the system when looking for our transport and Canada reps thinking I was already home

@OmarAlghabra Please how they can leave people outside the resort with no where to stay jeopardizing safety if their customers by not answering the phone and their reps unable to get in the system. I slept on a park bench

@PeterSchiefke More then cancelations - Canadians being left outside their resort with no communication . I slept on a park bench in mex trying to get a hold of someone when asked to leave the resort due to cancelled flight n transport.
