@virginmedia That is shocking!I don’t even use virgin media online we didn’t even register! Can you arrange for someone to call me today & ensure logged correctly! You’ll see from the complaint reference my details! Your impossible to get through as your overseas contact centres CUT YOU OFF!

@virginmedia I have called a further 3 times since and got cut off or fobbed off. I have chased for my callback still nothing.COM104190315 is from Aug I do not have the complaint ref for my December query. I have text to follow up, nothing. Called and got nowhere snd promises not met [2 of 2]

@virginmedia I spoke to someone on the 26th December raised another complaint and gave notice, I was then advised someone would contact me and they haven’t. Someone from the disconnection team called me and couldn’t discuss the complaint and said would chase [1 of 1]
