@SamsungUK your customer service is a joke, they talk over you, put the phone down, back track on promises & have no resolutions for customers! The managers have no authority so what’s the point in them putting you through to them! This is getting a joke now!! Case 370728740
@SamsungUK they have passed me round from pillar to post for 6 months,wanting me to repair it myself, you now can’t collect it as you have no shipping boxes,I asked for a refund on the 14th June and I’m still being passed round waiting for the refund to be authorised, never mind processed!

Customer services is extremely rude! She does not let customers speak & does not help AT ALL! I was told by a manager I would get a phone call from someone to process my refund….Now May is telling me they can’t call me! Ref -370728740
