Israel is dropping bombs near Beirut’s International Airport as planes full of civilians prepare to take off.
Imagine the global uproar if such a scene took place in Ukraine. But since it’s happening in Lebanon, no one even bats an eyelash.
What Israel has just done is, via *any* method, reckless. They blew up countless numbers of people who were driving (meaning cars out of control), shopping (your children are in the stroller standing behind him in the checkout line), et cetera. Indistinguishable from terrorism.
Israel bombed a residential area in Beirut, Lebanon.
This is a war crime.
Imagine the never ending global outrage if any other entity bombed a sovereign capital city.
Yet, when Israel does it, whether in Lebanon, Syria or Palestine, Western leaders applaud it.
