Thank you, JB, JaeLynn, and Mark. We have so much gratitude for you! 🙌

As managers, we have a responsibility to make sure our teams work well. But we also need to make sure our teams have time away from work.
There’s always going to be more to do.
Know when to say “no”.
Know when to say “enough”.
Down time is important.
Time off is important.
Anyone can be an SID until it’s time to write a recap…
Anyone can be an SID until you feel every loss…
Anyone can be an SID until it’s 8 pm and a coach calls…
Anyone can be an SID until it’s crossover season…
Anyone can be an SID until they’re an actual SID…

Being a night owl isn’t about staying up late for whatever reason, to drink or party. It’s about feeling a release of tension, an ease in the dark, that lets you do the work and study that makes you happy. Something about broad daylight creates a pressure to be involved with things, move with the hustle and bustle of people in the streets, when really you need solitude and silence.
me, a person working in sports, walking around the stadium trying my best to carry 2 phones, chargers, iced coffee, sunglasses, credentials + a crumpled up piece of paper with something important on it I haven’t dropped off yet because I haven’t been back at my desk in 6 hours
Introverts vibe or they don't. There's no in-between. They cannot force conversations, friendships, relationships, attention, or love. They're too honest. They can't fake it. They only connect with people who are real. That's it. Take it or leave.
Totally understand creatives having a certain editing style but please keep the integrity of the team’s colors you’re shooting for. Like our color shouldn’t look baby blue, Jets shouldn’t look lime green, Steelers shouldn’t look pastel yellow, etc.
I think it's funny when people talk about the placement of a hair part being in or out of style, like thanks for the info but my hair does not involve me in any of its decision making processes.
