In addition to being entirely baseless (we have a non-discriminatory migration system), it implies Indian migrants are not arriving on merit.

Daniels could argue the AEC accidentally placed a significant number of votes in the informal pile due to scrutineer skulduggery. It's certainly worth a shot.
