this card actually sucks. Theres no generic legend that justifies 6e1p. If you want PG Yi's holding power, just run a hidden instead. if the goal is draw (vex, ez, etc.) just run a draw 2 card. if the goal is resource (annie, nasus, etc.) dont spend the turn playing a 6e1p card.

@MirakuKaidae im not a pro so its likely im wrong about how strong it is, but besides its meta relevance, i really wish this card is just for fun and memes it would really suck and be super expensive for a colorless epic to be a staple

@BwKnightmare I think mel as a base would be fun as you have access to temporal breach. That spell should allow neeko to be replayed and add a 3rd legend right away

@CritiFect even in that example, neeko becomes a worse sona (more cost, less runes refreshed)

but ya there are some funny ideas, maybe mixing with the other "hold" legends skills like leb, ivern (heron), ahri, yi, etc. and having movement options like MF for Vex might be fun

u would have an extra 1 rune "refreshed" every turn by not paying the 1 power of neeko

if we disregard power, u still payed 6e for neeko, which means u need 3 turns of full annie procs to make up for the lost energy

also if neeko gets removed its wasted

@Official_Zaiah a lot of builds did run this since release, even some miracle kennens. I actually ran all of these too last rq on kha'zix

imo even tho matriarch and shadow order disciple are strong cards they weren't used as much while stacked deck was unbanned

new purple engine now that stacked deck is gone: burn and use the trash

can expand by using zaun warren/kennen and revive other strong low drops (faefolk)

since 2 costs are movement based, can also use rtw+sandswept, shadow order can attack for 3 then 5 early in the same turn

@InsomniaTCG SEA region didnt get to play that format sadly. Riot distributed riftbound near the end of SFD + post-banlist so we didnt experience how strong that card/deck was
