My take… Henry isn’t the villain. He was just weak and easy to manipulate. He isn’t Vecna. Vecna is Dr. Brenner, who drew blood from his-pt1

They cannot defeat him in this form, but they somehow close the wormhole and trap him in there forever as some of the characters are stuck in Dimension X, while others can return to Rightside up.
