We sold our old car Hyundai Eon to Tata Himgiri Manesar branch. they should handover the car to new buyer only after transfer of RC but unfortunately they handed over our car to new buyer earlier and Challan pending in our name now
Correction -OC applied in 2021 and received in 2023 since lot of work was still incomplete when they applied for OC
They applied OC so early so that they can stop giving assured return to customers and can demand 100% payment from customers on application of OC to mount pressure

ELAN is adding new clauses in Conveyance deed which were not mentioned in registered BBA. In owners group we discuss every day ans everyone has same story to share , we will all soon be filing legal case against Elan after forming our owners association. be aware new investors
Be aware of Elan group in Gurugram , they don’t follow HRERA guidelines , they are cheating the customers and most of their investors are now looking to file cases against them in HRERA and consumer court , choose wisely to invest your hard earned money @elangroups@MiracleElan

Worst experience ever as an investor with M3M , people who are reading my tweet , kindly be guided , invest your hard earned money with bettter builder and M3M is not recommended at all. They say something at the time of selling a property but never cooperate with customers
@M3MIndiaPvtLtd On the day of my visit,every customer present in the CRM lounge was only feeling trapped with M3M & all were stressed out trying to find solutions to their issues at M3M but all were helpless. M3M must work on ethics with regards to customer dealing, M3M doesn't value customers

Relationship Managers don't care to pick up calls or respond on messages or WhatsApp, no response on official email id for sales or feedback. Unprofessional organisation, Hopeless Management m3m
@M3MIndiaPvtLtd Attitude of all the office staff is extremely casual towards the customers & met many other unsatisfied customers at your office who are suffering due to uncooperative staff.
Never expected this from a reputed builder with such a big name in the market. Not happy to invest in M3M

It is too much to explain here and really painful to repeat our grievances again and again. Kindly go through the emails sent to [email protected] over past few days especially and the issue remains unresolved as staff is not cooperating.

I must say M3M staff has been very uncooperative , unresponsive and disrespectful towards us and we have faced un-necessary stress and wasted lot of time and energy but M3M office staff attitude remains very casual towards customers.
