Aaron Wiggins Trade:

Aaron Wiggins went through the ups and downs with OKC, drafted in 2021 at the start of the rebuild.

80% of those players that were apart of the immediate rebuild came and went, but not Wiggs.

He stayed loyal and hard working all throughout the journey. And ended up being one of the ‘core guys’ on a championship team that had the greatest net-rating in NBA history.

Just happened to not workout this past season, but that’s okay. He’ll be great in Atlanta. Good luck Aaron Wiggins… and one last time:

I've been asked why OKC wouldn't trade Chet and picks for Giannis? OKC did win a chip w Chet. He is an All-Star vs everyone (including NY) but Wemby. He's 8 yrs younger than Giannis, who would disrupt OKC's "college" unity, SGA focus. OKC would've beaten Wemby w healthy Dub/Ajay.

It's incredible that OKC has such depth and so many picks (12, 17, 37 tomorrow night) it can give away (for two distant-future 2nds) an Aaron Wiggins who in 2025 had a 41-point, 14-rebound game. He will help Atlanta.
