The train is spotlessly clean, yet this man proudly displays zero civic sense 🤡 by throwing peanut shells on the floor and turning the coach into a dustbin.
This is the exact mentality that keeps India struggling.
The Railways clean the trains again and again and people like these destroy it within minutes.
What else can the Railways possibly do?
For such behavior, strict enforcement and heavy fines are the only solutions.
Public places are not your personal garbage bin.
Keep them clean the way you keep your own home clean.
🛑 Clean India is impossible until mindsets are cleaned first.

@cmrlofficial why are we not penalising illegal posters on metro pillars? Why are we using taxpayers hard earned money to clean up instead of not getting the penalty from offenders? Why are innocent taxpayers burdened for offenders wrongdoing?
