#TheChi doesn’t owe me anything from the finale.

I would have loved some dialogue from Maisha, Dre and definitely some moments with Kev, Jake, & Papa.

One word from Tracy would have been nice. Season one was mostly about her son’s death and the events around it.

Where was Roslyn all season? She took out Alicia and never resurfaced.

Emmett’s brother Damien could have appeared as one of the groomsmen. They brought that character in just to phase him out.

I think the addition of these unnecessary characters & random storylines the last couple seasons distracted us from the core of The Chi a little bit.

I’m not gonna lie, I would have loved seeing Brandon & Coogie’s mom make a cameo in the finale @ Smokey’s to celebrate Emmett. He told Laverne he wanted to keep Brandon’s dream alive. And in a way, he did.
