LA ICE officers arrested Samuel Francisco-Andres, 51, from Guatemala. He was convicted in 2010 on two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and he's been in and out of the US illegally multiple times. He’ll remain in ICE custody until removed.

ICE removed Shane Ellwood Ngakuru, a criminal illegal alien, to New Zealand after he served a federal prison sentence for racketeering in the United States.

🚨 This morning, the FBI arrested Massachusetts State Rep. Francisco Paulino - charged in an alleged scheme involving COVID-19 relief fraud and money laundering.

Paulino allegedly stole approximately $700,000 in pandemic relief funded by taxpayers, using it for personal expenses like real estate, loan payments, and transfers to his campaign account.

Paulino also allegedly loaned taxpayer funds out at a significantly higher interest rate than he was paying.

He is charged with eight counts of wire fraud and three counts of unlawful monetary transactions/money laundering.

This comes after the FBI and partners arrested Lawrence, Mass mayor Brian DePena earlier this month for similar fraud allegations.

This is an ongoing investigation. No one is above the law.

Lilyana Wagner, the Georgia teen who shot her own mother in the back of the head, has been sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON.

Wagner originally planned to carry out a school shooting, saying she was inspired by multiple infamous school shooters. She ultimately changed her plans and decided to m*rder her own mother instead.

Wagner will be eligible for parole after serving 30 years.

He’s an ICE regular. These photos depict his encounters with federal officials since 2010.

He’s been encountered, incarcerated and sent home to Mexico multiple times in the last decade and a half — but he kept coming back.

He was previously convicted of illegal reentry and attempted illegal reentry. His criminal history also includes convictions of DUI and threatening with intent to terrorize.
