In Accra, NTIA met with Ghana’s Minister of Communications Samuel George to discuss how the US & Ghana can collaborate more closely on important communications issues, including on ensuring policies support outcomes that allow all citizens to benefit from satellite connectivity.
Associate Administrator Jaisha Wray joined the Meridian Center’s Space Diplomacy Forum to outline NTIA’s efforts with USTTI to train African digital leaders on satellite connectivity. This training will support building a coalition of partners in the lead-up to the ITU WRC-27.
