Yes, we developed an #XRPL wallet login tool for Unity, and it's pretty cool. We didn't stop at just creating the login tool, though. We also developed a system that can generate, render, and mint NFTs directly inside the game engine. This makes everything you create interoperable right from the get-go.
This tool has limitless potential. We've been using it for a variety of tasks, including minting NFTs, designing levels by randomizing assets, and even reconstituting game objects from NFT metadata (in conjunction with our login tool). It's fully equipped to handle 2D and 3D assets, still images, MP4 or GIF formats, and it even supports FBX exporting.
Looking towards the future, we plan to integrate this minting process into our loot system. As we're developing a blockchain-based looter-shooter game, you can imagine the types of items a player could receive. We're thinking along the lines of a Borderlands-inspired gun system filled with random stats, abilities, designs, and names. Essentially, as soon as you defeat an enemy, a completely random item is generated in a fraction of a second. This item is then rendered, its metadata is created, and it's minted almost instantly.
That's just one of the many ways we plan to us this tool in a gaming context. It has so much potential, and we're genuinely excited about exploring it further.
We're calling it NEXUS.🟧#NFT
Minting test net NFTs with @NexusXRPL, really impressed so far. 🚀
If you haven’t heard of them, they’re building powerful tools for Web3 + XRPL that make it much easier to bring blockchain functionality into games.
From wallet integrations to NFT management and metadata handling, they’ve got a developer-friendly setup that just works.
If you’re a game dev or building anything interactive on XRPL, I’d highly recommend checking them out.
🚀 We’re just weeks away from the Open Beta launch of Nexus! There’s a lot to share, and we want you to be part of it.

It's entirely dependent on what your NFT aims to represent in-game.
A "rig" in this context refers to the skeletal structure used for animations, particularly for 3D models in a game.
If your NFT represents a 3D asset(s) meant to be animated, then yes, it will need to be "rigged" to integrate properly within the game environment.
Our team at Nexus uses the term "Nexus Rig" to define the metadata hierarchy in a collection and how it relates to reconstituting an NFT in-game.
We're building our system to allow users to seamlessly integrate non-native assets into Nexus-powered games in real-time without prior setup, aiming for true interoperability.
Hope that answers your question.
BOUNTY BOARD (coming soon) 🧪
The Bounty Board is a text-based RPG minigame that showcases key features from our grant-funded project, Nexus, directly in your web browser.
Gather your Junkies and complete daily or weekly bounties across the surface wasteland or the depths of the Undercity, and get rewarded for your success. All bounties come with a risk level, so beware.
Use your hard-earned scrap to purchase loot boxes, unique NFTs, in-game items, or even real-life merchandise. (All rewards will be interoperable in our standalone game, "SCRAPT").
(If you're a project building on the XRPL and looking to expand into gamification, we're rolling out more NEXUS tests soon. Send us a DM to be part of it!)
