@virginmedia Because I moved on the 29th of December which I informed Virgin media of the duplicate account form was done incorrectly by them so they didn’t disconnect my services so was still being charged at this point I’m gonna go through ofcom it’s a lot of money over £100 stolen from me

@virginmedia do not go with Virgin media they’ve robbed me of over £100 and are telling me that I’m not entitled to a refund because I closed down my account due to being messed around for 6 months and saying they don’t have data which goes against their data retaining policy
