Day 30 I did a one mile run, 50 pull ups 100 push ups, 150 body squats, and another mile. I did it in 40.41 minutes. Can't wait to try again next week for a better time. #getbetter
Day 25 Only 5 seconds slower than my best with a time of 15.21. Not bad considering the heat. I got to make it under 15 minutes by the end of this challenge #getbetter
Day 16 Rain don't stop me. Did 100 box jumps, 75 lunge jumps, and 50 broad jumps. At the end I celebrated surpassing 15 days of the challenge on my new slip and slide. Lets go Johnsburg! #getbetter#getexplosive
