@BwayLicensing needs to get their act together and fast. I have not heard from them despite numerous emails since may 24th when they said they would be back in touch with me. It’s sad I will only get a response when I tweet about it.
@playscripts it’s next to impossible to get customer service. I’ve tried the online chat, phone, email…nothing. Guess once you pay, they’re done with you. #unhappycustomer
