£130 adidas gift card vanished from my account. Support’s “fix”: a £130 voucher but buried in the fine print, you need to spend £260 total to use it. Their agent told me one thing, then a “manager” told me another, and now they’re saying I “agreed” to terms that were never clearly explained.

I paid for that money myself. Why should I have to spend an extra £130 to access funds that were already mine?
