@thecyrusjanssen We both know that there are SO MANY parts of the US where you could do the same. Also, there are many parts of China where you wouldn't do this. Having said that, East Asians have a lower predisposition to crime than the Africans or Central Americans that would steal in the USA.

@mattvanswol Yes. Every single one. Then start over. The core of that is a guest worker program with no near term path to citizenship. I worked outside the US in Asia for nearly 20 years, no path to citizenship for foreigners in most nations there without major commitment (which was fine).
