@ATTHelp I had to contact my financial institution the very next day to dispute the charge, and I have not had the phone in my possession for almost two months because it was left at the store on March 18th. Now AT&T is trying to bill me for a phone that I already returned.
@ATT You guys have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a phone from one of your stores and returned it within hours after realizing it didn’t have enough storage for my needs.
@ATTHelp Instead of handling the situation professionally, the sales representative refused to refund the transaction.
Customers should not have to fight this hard just to be treated fairly. Extremely disappointing experience.
