BREAKING: Eric Ramsay has agreed verbally to become the new head coach at West Bromwich Albion.
A compensation package has been agreed with Minnesota Utd 🚨
Let’s be honest, we’re a shit football team being led by a shit manager.
Week in, week out it’s the same problems. No creativity, no attacking patterns, and outside of one player (MJ) there’s zero spark. There are no goals coming from midfield, the back four are constantly making basic errors, and the goalkeeper is quite frankly one of the worst I’ve seen at this club and that’s saying something given we had Button.
This isn’t a quick fix. The squad needs a proper overhaul, and that includes the manager and coaching staff. Recruitment has been poor, coaching looks ineffective, and performances show no signs of improvement.
The most worrying thing of all is that there’s no clear identity. I honestly couldn’t tell you what our style of play is meant to be. Possession? Counter-attack? Pressing? It’s none of the above.
At the moment, watching us play brings no enjoyment at all it’s just the same old shit every single game.
Happy New Year, Baggies 😂

@Spenglar @EyaWeGew What do you mean Carlos did the same? Did more with less and aside from climbing up the table from when he took over, when have we ever been in such a low league position under him?
The shift in mentality is remarkable.
Got lads out there today that went to war for eachother and the badge.
Whatever happens this season, at least we know we have owners and a head coach able to identify and move shirkers on.
Up the no fucking about Bilkul Albion.
@MitchellTimmin3@secondtierpod@RobDorsettSky Think his injury record will put people off. When he's firing he's immense, but just hasn't been as reliable as needed for us. In fairness Carlos worked him into the ground last season as he had no cover
