The last filled bid's price becomes the Clearing Price(This part is similar to CCA, that you have seen at AZTEC)

Your outcome:

Bid > Clearing Price: Get all tokens + refund (you pay less)

Bid = Clearing price: Get tokens (full/partial)

Bid < Clearing price: Full refund, no tokens

+ The Fixed-Price will open after the action clears, allowing smaller allocations at the same fair price
