Plus Ukros were prepared to more guerilla style warfare which was shown at the start of the conflict. They got modern radar systems, knowhow for drones etc.

If its your aparment you need approval of other owners. And if its a rental then you DEFINITELY not allowed to install one without permission. So STFU.
