@lenovo @LenovoSupport I would consider getting a new company to fulfil your orders. @officialUKMail have been AWFUL! Laptop was supposed to get delivered yday. 8 phone calls later and I was informed they didn't know where the order was. Still in the dark, taken 2days off work.

@officialUKMail 2 calls yday to ClientServices and was assured goods would be with me before 6pm, nothing arrived. Spoken to ClientServices again 2day and it appears you’ve lost contact with your HemelHempstead depo and nobody knows where my goods are! Awful service!!!!

I took the day off work as it was vital I received the goods today, nothing arrived despite being told it would. Apparently it's still out for delivery? What happens now?
