Memorial Day thoughts: We will be strong in our convictions and return this nation to the values that we were formed by. Be strong, Silent Majority. Our children and the world are counting on us.

Memorial Day Thoughts: If you feel that we have lost touch with our foundations as a nation, join the Silent Majority. We refuse to be ruled by unethical leaders. We will defeat our enemies whether they are nations apart or here on our shores.

Memorial Day thoughts: We must protect ourselves from tyranny. Those that would dictate what we think, what is right and what is wrong, what taxes we should pay, how we should educate our children, or what is appropriate for us as a nation. That was determined generations ago.

Memorial Day thoughts: The foundation of our country has been built on capitalism. Through hard work, integrity and innovation, we build businesses to fulfill a need. Our country is built on the population achieving those goals and supporting our country by the same means.

Memorial Day thoughts continued: Law and order to ensure those who do not choose an ethical life are punished and separated from those that do.
The right to protect ourselves and our families and all that we have worked to build from those who would take it from us .

Memorial Day Thoughts Continued: What we count on in order to achieve those freedoms:
Representation by those we elect to govern us honestly and ethically.
Moral government that does not take advantage of the hard work we have done to build success in our lives.

Memorial Day thoughts continued: The freedom to own a home and own a business in order to provide for our families.
The freedom to benefit from the honesty and integrity of our actions.

Memorial Day thoughts continued: The freedom to search out and practice religion any way we want. The freedom to own property and do with it what we see fit. The freedom to be governed by those we elect through honest elections to act on our behalf.

On Memorial Day, I thought I would share these thoughts. What was the foundation that made the U.S. world leaders? Freedom. The freedom to live our lives our own way. The freedom to raise our children the way we see fit. See my next post to continue.

Today I visited the North hangar of the Tustin Blimp Hangars. These immense, wooden historic structures are showing their age. I was lucky enough to be allowed to shoot here by the Navy ten years ago. I now realize how special that day was. Here is a photo from that shoot.
