@jamesofputney there is still a place for structures as frameworks for applying rules such as retention and access rules. Retrieval can be done on the fly, but you want predictability in access and retention rules. Structures help with that.

Microsoft said (on June 21) that 'Copilot experiences do not use OpenAI’s publicly available services. Instead all processing is achieved using Azure OpenAI services'. My interpretation: Copilot will access Chat GPT-4 through Azure Open AI Services. Is that your take on it?

The thing about Frank Upward was that he didn't try to tell us how to manage records. He didn't try to tell us what to think about records management. He gave a way to help us think about records management problems.
