@elecclassiccars This is the mechanical version of this painting. And I love Teslas. But a Ferrari is a Ferrari, the engine is as important as the body styling.
There I fixed it. It doesn't take much to bring in the Ferrari heritage/vibe! And my remodel still fits within the designed package and the bottom heavy floorpan that is native to electric cars. Bro, just make it badass! After design in deep metallic red and before in blue...
In anticipation for DISCLOSURE DAY, here are my designs from the Emmy Award winning TAKEN. I was a Producer & Visual Effects Supervisor for the series. TAKEN chronicles the first sightings in WWII and to the then present of 2003. TAKEN sets up Close Encounters and Disclosure Day.
@joshpuckett False! Ferrari is a heritage brand, you must bring some design, styling, engineering elements into the new product. IF you deviate from legacy, then you better be god damn F-ing BOLD. Look up Ferrari Modulo 1970. Absolutely destroys this terrible Luce and its 56 yrs old!
@GazzettaFerrari Why Ferrari? What is the reason to make something so ugly and unoriginal? A horrible execution of a bland, bloated, barge of a design with nothing new and exciting in the 5 seater package. And the retro 1985 wheels and taillights. Oof! Fire everyone involved in this fiasco!
@CARandDRIVER This design is stodgy, heavy, lumbering, like a caterpillar. Ferrari’s are “prancing horses” - very fast and aggressive horses! This design is a manatee, slow, heavy, bland. Horrible. Epic disaster.
@mike_matas There is absolutely nothing about this design that is fresh, revolutionary, innovative, exciting, new or ITALIAN! This car looks like every concept car design from Volvo or Saab in the last 40 years! Lame. Don’t even get me started on how off-brand this design is for Ferrari. Oof
I was contacted by Seibu Pisa to design a nightclub/restaurant in Sapporo, Japan. My story: a culture vanished 12k yrs ago. During the construction an ancient structure was discovered . I designed the exterior and interior, the costumes, log -graphics. I named it KING XMHU.
AVATAR design: Exomask and rebreather pack. Brutal functional design allows for maintenance with basic issued pocket multi-tool. Striped of styling and product design - its is also intimidating looking. Vocal window provides visual info confirmation, key in tactical operations.
@kotecinho Sure, but 29 seconds after the overview brief of the basic requirements you better start drawing lyour F-ing ass off! And have 30 loose sketches/ variations of the project by end of day One. What is this research/meetings/theoretical bullshit?!

@nuevo_tokyo You’ve lost the plot. This is not an Epson DSLR. You are comparing an automotive interior to a Product! People on X are excited over an Applferrari Product Design. WTF?! This is a car. A Ferrari. Where is the heritage? Its no where. Epic fail.
@CARandDRIVER Automotive design is about passion and the sensations of mobility, speed and freedom. The design and styling evoke these concepts. When combined with great engineering and functionality it ALL comes together. This interior does none of those things. It is product design period.
@Willob Exterior: there is a long and fruitful relationship between Ferrari and GM (and Pininfarina). But it was always the Italians inspiring the Americans. What in hell is this?! Looks like a new Chevy Blazer, with all this fake “cake frosting” surface development. Disaster.
@Willob Not “Ferrari.” Zero racing Heritage, styling, and automotive engineering. Fatal error to throw away the Brand’s legacy. Mr. Ferrari is watching Ive’s team put ketchup on a margarita pizza. Ask yourself, why hasn’t Dom Perignon made an energy drink? You just answered it.
@benjitaylor However, not everything has to follow the latest fashion. It is imperative that brands modernize, innovate, and stay ahead of the competition but don't loose the heritage. Ask yourself: Why has Dom Perginon not made an Energy Drink? You just answered it...
