To draw the right lessons from the “Unite the Kingdom” march we should start by reporting who was actually there and what actually happened. I was there and this is how it went down. *Dismiss Unite the Kingdom march at your peril*

I’m puzzled. Labourites tell us that Angela Rayner was only trying to look after her child which they quite rightly say is understandable.
But when a farmer tries to look after his children, they say he’s a tax dodger.
I can’t believe I am saying this, but a few weeks after rupturing my left Achilles, the sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber plus the explosive lifts my doctors and trainers have me ready to play the Masters next week! Can’t wait! See y’all on the course.
Anti-Trump hysteria won’t get peace in Ukraine.. @realDonaldTrump is right about his assessment of where the war is, and Europe needs to stop whining, & step up properly on defence spending, and President Zelensky needs to go back to the White House & sign the mineral deal.
This disgusting child-killing monster should never be released from jail for the despicable crimes he committed, and his sickening lack of remorse. In fact, he’s a very good argument for the return of the death penalty. #Southport
It’s not the MET, it’s those running the MET (mainly externally). A lot of officers hands are forced. I will completely release that grip and give them full top cover and support on all integral works. Retraining is evident and needed and I’ll also implement an entry level training program that will push candidates to their limits to ‘properly’ prepare them and make them fully aware of what they’ve signed up for 💪🏼👊🏼
"I don't know if you guys in the UK understand how sad it is for us in Canada and the US to watch what you're doing to yourself"
This is utterly magnificent from @jordanbpeterson.
Norfolk County Council has voted to cancel the May elections, their position is to deny my constituents of Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas their democratic right to vote.
Let me be abundantly clear - this is an outrage.
Cowards, running scared of the people they are supposed to represent. Are we living in a third world dictatorship, where inconvenient elections can be cancelled by those in power?
I am disgusted. How dare they? The arrogance is absolutely astounding. We live in a democracy. That means voting, even when it's not comfortable for the establishment.
Their primary motivation is to keep their seats. It is that simple, and it is a disgraceful abuse of power. All councillors who voted for this cancellation should be ashamed of themselves.
From May 1st, I won't be referring to the individuals who voted for the May election ban as 'councillors'. They gave that right up when they voted to deprive my constituents of their democratic vote.
This is not acceptable in a democratic society. There is NO justification for what they are doing.
We will do everything in our power to fight it.
