Grangemouth refinery is closing & Oil refined & sold in Scotland is now being added to the 6 No refineries in England & thus diminishing Scotland share of oil & gas revenues a further cut to the Scottish block grant

Strange how just one oil refinery plant in the oil rich country of Scotland isn't viable,yet the the same oil will be transported to numerous English refineries and then shipped back North at a higher price to Scottish consumers. What a subservient Nation the 'Scots' have become.
