PARENTS: You are your child’s most important teacher.
- If you Blame others, your child will.
- If you Complain, your child will.
- If you Make Excuses, your child will.
- If you Point Fingers, your child will.
If you Accept Responsibility, your child will.
There are no BAD kids! There are kids who:
-have been traumatized
-have little hope for the future
-have never experienced success, love or joy
-have been repeatedly disappointed by adults
-have not learned how to regulate their emotions
It is NEVER too late to help a kid who is struggling!

Two teachers can teach the exact same lesson and get completely different results. The variable? The teachers’ passion and creativity.
The power is not in the program. The power is in the magic the teacher brings.

You don't have to be great to serve but you have to serve to be great!
Every day you have a choice...
You can focus on what you can GET or what you can GIVE.
Love. Serve. Care.
Remember... The mountain, no matter how big it is, is no match for your faith and desire to climb it. Mountains are meant to be climbed. Wounds are meant to be healed and problems are meant to become learning experiences. They all serve a purpose. They make us stronger.
Teaching is… what people do when they want to make a difference… when they want to improve the lives of others… when they want to create brighter futures… when they want to change the world, one child at a time. That’s what teaching is.
You have a choice today. You can complain about things you can't control or you can control what you can control and let go of what you can't. You can focus on your problems or focus on getting better. You can look for an excuse or you can look within and find your best.
When you have a difficult, disrespectful, and defiant student, my biggest tip for you… is to have lots of conversations with them when they are not in trouble. These conversations are where you build rapport and that rapport makes future confrontations less likely.
Good morning! Don’t use your energy to get lost in all that is wrong. Use your energy to build on the positive. Use your energy to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Use your energy to brighten rooms and fill others up. Use your energy to find your joy!👊
I feel for all the educators out there who are stressing over childcare challenges.
They care about other people’s kids all day long. But the ones at home are their world.
Panther Nation, we are pleased to introduce you to Mr. & Miss LCHS. When selecting this student the voters are asked to find a student who is honest, dependable, involved, kind to others, and has a positive "can do" attitude. Katie Weeks & Avery Jameson truly embody this.
