@chilternrailway thank you for announcing 30 seconds before the train departing (17:20) that it would no longer be stopping at high Wycombe. With a pram and baby it was impossible to get off and now we have no way of getting home from Gerard’s cross. Thanks
@chilternrailway thanks for locking the train doors on the 7:21 wycombe to London whilst the train is unable to move due to a fault. Just so nobody can get off and go to the other platform and get the two other trains that have now gone. Thanks Chiltern rail
@chilternrailway thanks for cancelling the 6:57 from High Wycombe to Snow Hill with less than 30 mins notice with the next train not being for over 30 mins. Great service as always. Cheers
@chilternrailway I have done thank you. There seems to be an institutionalised culture of slapdash, substandard service across the service that we as customers have no option but to use.
@chilternrailway any danger if letting the customer know what is going on? On the 22:30 from London Marlybone and not moved yet, no communication whatsoever
I’ll update you as you seem unable to do so - doors were locked so we couldn’t get out of the train for approx minutes - again zero communication. Lots of customers distressed
