Also, a request for the highest penalty and fine due to the nature of the breach.

Today, I attended a @ageuk shop to repair a major #water #leak in the loft.
After the initial investigation, it was found that rats had chewed through the plastic #speedfit pipeline.
I replaced it with #copper pipe and put the cold feed higher so the rats can not reach it.

Today, I visited a lady from #Barnoldswick who had no #hot #water.
Her son asked if I could help.
She was quoted £800.00 by an emergency callout company for a new #water #cylinder because the plumber could not get the #immersion #Heater out.

Today I visited a property of a young lady who was told by her housing provider Calico Homes that she would need to wait for 24hours minimum for a #emergency #plumber.

She rang and asked if I could help her, I said yes and supplied the new flexi connector and labour for #free

A new cold #water stop tap supplied and fitted for a lady in #Burnley, her old one was leaking a lot of water 💧

This job was a #free #emergency #callout and repair, supporting members of the #community.

Changing a #tap in the #bathroom for Raffi and his mother, it was leaking constantly, her son made a slide for the water to go back Into the bath.
