@playboyswervo Shoes and court have become too grippy. There’s no give between the shoe and the court and something has to give. Same concept as the turf fields in NFL, cleats don’t give way in turf as they do in grass. Courts are too grippy to where there is no give on hard cuts and movement.

@HoodiiMamba I don’t think it’s the length of season, I have a theory that it’s the new age grippy shoes and the grip on the court. Similar to the NFLs problem of turf. There’s no give between the court and shoe grip so the weakest point fails usually being muscle and ligaments.

Hilarious moment yesterday while bureaucrats held 2 Scoopers hostage for a mid-day press conference as multiple fires were raging...they got interrupted by – shocker – a fire call.
Copters launched, but they still held captive the scoopers so media could get some shots inside!

I'm sure all the terrified residents in evacuation zones at risk of flames overtaking their homes are really glad the media could get some cool shots inside the aircraft while they weren't helping with firefighting efforts in the middle of the day during a heat wave in peak fire season. #BridgeFire
