So so good I must say... Recipe Below

Korean BBQ Chicken & Halloumi Loaded Flatbread

Marinade Mix:
•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp Korean BBQ paste
•⁠ ⁠Splash of water
•⁠ ⁠Garlic if you have it
•⁠ ⁠Chilli flakes
Coat sliced chicken and leave for 20 mins.

Veg. Roast:
•⁠ ⁠Red onion
•⁠ ⁠Peppers
•⁠ ⁠Courgette
Until slightly charred.

Halloumi:
Slice and crisp in a frying pan.

Quick pickle:
Thinly slice red onion and toss with vinegar and a pinch of sugar.

Build:
Warm flatbreads and load with:

•⁠ ⁠Korean chicken
•⁠ ⁠Halloumi
•⁠ ⁠Roasted veg
•⁠ ⁠Spring onions
•⁠ ⁠Pickled onions

The sweet-spicy Korean flavour with salty halloumi is unreal.
