@elonmusk - My star link is down with dead router. How the heck do i get technical support replacement without a phone number or chat to speak with someone. No one responds to ticketing system.
Do I really need to order a new system under a new account to get working equipment?

@Lufthansa_DE@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa An update, I finally got a hold of a supervisor in the Manila call center extremely helpful after 16 hours on hold and rebooked. Got disconnected & he called me back which is totally awesome. Stuck in economy class, but that’s ok!
@Lufthansa_USA Jack, yes it is critical that you treat us like the paying customers we are and help us rebook our flights. Having your call centers hang up on customers is unprofessionall or not even answer. @cnnbrk@foxnewsalert@BBCBreaking@business

@Lufthansa_DE Susi, your call center in the Philippines put me on hold 40 minutes ago and has not come back to help me... maybe you can call and help me... this who thing is a disaster and I just need to get all 5 flights rebooked. I have been trying to call for 12 hours. Tired!

@lufthansa@NEEZU5 I have 5 flights booked which have been canceled. Since we are a company with a significant spend in travel we are not happy with not being able to get a hold of @lufthansa or the call center staff hanging up!
