We're all spending our days posting content on insta and tiktok hoping to god it generates a sale or two of our music, or a booking.
I'm literally sat here right now producing a content roll out instead of making music.
Record labels used to be the ones discovering talent… Now the public does it on social media and labels simply react, rewarding attention over quality and the entire scene pays the price as a result
i hate song requests on phones infinitely more than people filming at the club. i'd rather be blinded by someone's flash than have someone tell me what to play mid set. can we put an end to it please
