In a very dramatic end to their #PremierLeague season, @HydeCC_SC headed to @grapperscc
with a 10 point lead over 2nd placed
@NantwichCC only for the rain to intervene when Hyde had Grappenhall in trouble, whilst Nantwich managed a quickfire win over @DidsburyCC
to overturn the points deficit and win the title by just 1 point!

Was there a more dramatic winning of the title across the 32 x Premier Leagues despite only one game coming to a final day conclusion?
