@TFIupdates I'm was threaten by one of your bus drivers at 17:07 at Stop 1555. Bus 24. The bus wasn't due for another 3 minutes and he was driving off. Give me a number to make a formal complain. No way to treat somebody for their own fault.

@TFIupdates @dublinbusnews A workaround would be to reduce the L89 service and redirect it to the 24 bus like old with the 40B (L89) and the 83 (24). The L89 almost runs better than the 24 which it shouldn’t. The 24 bus should be top priority of the two.

Thankfully the driver let us on even he knows it’s dangerous.Went from an underused bus to an overcrowded in the same of 10 minutes makes no sense.The L89 is seemingly designed to carry the people the 24 doesn’t

@TFIupdates @dublinbusnews Got the L89 to the Tolka Valley stop then on the F1 and it’s absolutely rammed. My first time ever on an overcrowded Dublin bus that I have to stand at the bottom. Utter crap service. A serious rethink is needed and fast.

@TFIupdates I hope service will improve as time goes on I understand it only just rollled out but 24 buses are cancelling at an alarming rate and time in between is just too long. Not an improvement on the old routes yet, just longer waits. Hope it will improve soon
