@MTNGroup Why , when I have gone into the MTN store, instructed the assistant that I want to go pay-as-you-go as my contract had come to an end, and from the store conveyed the same as instructed to MTN telephonic support, do I get the following text message from MTN weeks later?

@AbeBooks Unfortunately type of contact has not been able to assist me to date, because I have to log in, and the essence of the problem is that although I have successfully been able to do a password change on a couple of occasions, it will not let me log in. Can I DM you order details?
