Makes me laugh that those who test positive for covid 19 in a couple of weeks after attending the protest against restrictions today will attend hospital looking for care from those who begged them not to protest ๐
Protesters today clearly donโt care about what is in the best interests of everyone else around them so why shouldnโt they be given the same consideration? Same goes for those attending the golfing event in Galway

Weโre doing our part, it would be greatly appreciated if everyone else did theirs and didnโt ignore the guidelines that were set for a very good reason! We want everyone to stay safe and right now the best way to do that is by staying home!
While I normally work as a recovery nurse in a theatre department, over the last month or so I and my colleagues have received what was essentially a crash course in ICU care, been redeployed to ICU and wards and staffed theatres.

If the government asks the public to stay in lockdown a few more weeks, I can only speak for me personally but, as a frontline worker I would greatly appreciate if the public just sucked it up and did it!
