@VerizonNews@VerizonSupport If you are not fixed and in SOS mode, go to your Verizon store. I was in SOS until right now. I went in and they had to swap a new eSIM card. These clowns know this and they are not proactively communicating to their customers. It took 10 minutes and I now have cell service.

Was down yesterday for 8 hours. Restored last night late, back off again since 9am this morning.
@VerizonNews I am still seeing SOS in Tampa. This is day 2 with no service and the company has not 1) addressed the fact that the issue is still persisting and 2) provided an estimate of when we can expect it to return. Disappointing @VerizonSupport
@VerizonNews@VerizonSupport Yeah no… been down since noon Saturday and I’m still SOS with nothing but we are working on it just be patient…. Right… absolutely awful customer service! Y’all messed this one up big time
@VerizonNews Over 8 hours without service and your customer service is terrible. The AI system sucks. I requested a call back between a certain time. I received the call and was told an agent was available to talk. I then waited for 30 minutes and nobody got on the phone. I then hung up!!
